We understand it’s easy to forget when it’s time to change out the old filters on your water system. So why no let us do that for you? Our hands-free replacement filter service ensures your water quality remains high and your system functions properly. You can relax knowing you don’t have to worry if you have the right new filters and if they’re installed correctly per sanitation and service procedures.
When we replace your filters, we perform a visual inspection of the tubing, valves and fittings. We strongly believe preventative maintenance is crucial to detect early problems that may be a result of not regularly changing your filters. Failure to do this may result in contaminants appearing in your drinking water. You don’t want to wait until taste is a problem!

Existing Customers
Our replacement filter service is FREE for existing customers that rent either our RO or Carbon-only Filtration systems. Both the service fee and new filter costs are included with your low monthly rental fee. We perform this service every 9 months.
Existing customers that purchased a RO or Carbon-only Filtration system are required to pay a service fee plus the cost of the new filters. You have the option to order the filters yourself, but it’s simpler and costs the same if you let us take care of everything.
New Customers
While our filter replacement service is primarily for customers that hired us to install a water filter at their location, we can order and replace filters if you did not rent or buy a system from us.
While our most popular RO system is 3 stages, we can replace filters on 4, 5, 6 or 7 stage systems. We’ll be happy to help, so speak to one of our specialists to gather your details.
